WILLIAM A. EVANOFF is of counsel in the Chicago office of Sidley’s Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy group. His practice focuses on the representation of debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and other constituencies in all aspects of corporate restructurings (both in-court and out-of-court). Mr. Evanoff has a broad range of transactional experience, including advising clients in connection with a variety of DIP financing facilities, out-of-court workouts and distressed asset acquisitions and dispositions. He has also represented clients in a wide array of bankruptcy-related litigation. Mr. Evanoff’s client engagements have spanned multiple industries, including grocery, jewelry, retail, mining, automotive, plastics, food, electronics, transportation/logistics, car rental and energy.
