Bill Monahan is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Group. His trial and appellate practice in federal and state courts around the United States involves complex securities, banking, shareholder derivative, commercial, contract, employment and tax litigation. He also represents prominent corporations and individuals in government investigations. He has participated in numerous litigations and government investigations arising out of the recent financial crisis.

Mr. Monahan’s corporate clients have included Anglo American, AT&T, Barclays, CA Technologies, EchoStar, Eisai, Fiat, Fiserv, Fox-Pitt Kelton, Goldman Sachs, MGI Pharma, Microsoft, the National Football League, Philips, Rackable Systems, Rio Tinto, Syracuse University, UBS, United Illuminating, Versa Capital and Vornado Realty Trust. His individual clients have included prominent executives and government officials.
