Billy Laxton's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including corporate governance, fraud, contract disputes, and environmental matters. He has experience with all phases of civil litigation, including developing case strategy, expert and fact discovery, motions practice, trial, and appeal. At trial, Billy has conducted the examination of a number of witnesses, including the cross-examination of significant opposing experts.

Billy's experience as a Wall Street investment banker and his background in economics provide him with unique analytic tools. He is frequently made responsible for managing the economic, financial, and damage aspects of his cases.

In addition, Billy maintains an active pro bono practice. He volunteers with the D.C. Bar Association's Landlord Tenant Resource Center and has represented disabled veterans seeking benefit determinations from the U.S. Army.
