Bill Zawrotny's practice includes a broad range of transactional work for both public and private companies, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and general corporate counseling. In addition, Bill has advised large NYSE, NASDAQ, and foreign private issuers on an array of corporate governance matters. Bill is also vice chair of the Atlanta Office's Emerging Companies & Venture Committee.

Bill serves as primary corporate counsel to a number of early and growth stage technology companies, including Axion BioSystems, MedShape, and TissueTech. His recent client representations also include Contec, Cumulus Media, Eastman Chemical, Flowers Foods, Georgia-Pacific, J.M. Huber Corporation, Milliken & Company, Procter & Gamble, and WL Ross & Co.

Bill serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Department of Management of the Kansas State University College of Business Administration, a member of the National Advisory Board for the Business Ethics Education Initiative at Kansas State University, and as a board member for the Professional Services Society of the Technology Association of Georgia.

Bill is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
