Bill Perry’s practice focuses on arbitration and litigation involving insurance and reinsurance issues, contract and other commercial disputes between corporations, and international arbitration disputes, including disputes involving power projects in emerging markets. Mr. Perry’s international arbitration experience includes representing and advising clients in connection with arbitrations involving Nepal, Brazil, India, China, Nigeria and a former Soviet republic.

Prior to moving to the Firm’s Washington office in 1993, Mr. Perry practiced for 10 years as a general litigator in Chadbourne’s New York office, where his practice included product liability cases, commercial contract litigation and mediations, corporate compliance programs, and the prosecution and defense of environmental, asbestos and “toxic tort” and other insurance coverage disputes.
