William Waldman focuses his practice on commercial litigation, collections and timeshare litigation. He is an experienced trial attorney with significant experience in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Waldman handles all aspects of commercial litigation, including pre-trial discovery, trials, collections, the pursuit of federal and state court judgments, the foreclosure of mortgages and enforcement of all forms of security instruments.

Mr. Waldman also has vast experience in transactional matters. He negotiates and drafts myriad types of agreements, including settlement agreements, employment contracts, real estate agreements, and other types of business contracts.

He has also represented trustees in bankruptcy in collecting debt and selling property. In Omne Staffing, Inc., Mr. Waldman brought numerous adversary proceedings in the Bankruptcy Court and collected millions of dollars for the benefit of the estate. In NJ Affordable Homes, he closed the sales of approximately 300 individual pieces of property. Mr. Waldman represented the Chapter 7 trustee in the case of Linens ’n Things in seeking to collect millions of dollars of accounts.

Mr. Waldman has prosecuted foreclosures on a large scale, impacting in excess of 2000 timeshare properties for a single developer and has brought countless foreclosure actions for various financial institutions, banks, private lenders and timeshare owners.
