William Mccormack

Bill McCormack is the global head of the Project Development & Finance Group and the managing partner of the Singapore office. He is also a member of the Firm’s 9-member Policy Committee. He has worked in Asia for over 17 years and advised on the development and financing of many significant energy, telecoms and other infrastructure projects in Europe and Asia, as well as acquisitions and disposals in the power, telecoms and oil and gas sectors.

Bill is ranked as one of the World’s Leading Lawyers by Euromoney, the International Who’s Who of Project Finance Lawyers and the International Who’s Who of Oil and Gas Lawyers. He is ranked as a ‘Star Individual’ for Projects & Energy in Singapore by Chambers Asia Pacific. Most recently, Bill is named as an “Individual All-Star for Infrastructure” by The Asian Lawyer and listed as ‘Best Lawyer in Singapore’ for Project Finance and Development by Best Lawyers.
