Will Taylor's practice is focused on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, with a particular focus on representing clients in the energy industry. He has experience with a wide variety of commercial disputes, including business tort and breach of contract actions. Will also has represented clients in securities litigation, FCPA investigations, and intellectual property matters. His intellectual property experience includes representing oil and gas and software companies in patent infringement, trade secret, and copyright disputes.

Will has served as lead trial attorney in numerous cases brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act in state and federal courts throughout the U.S.

Will is actively involved in pro bono matters, including volunteering as a prosecutor for the city of Houston, where he successfully tried more than a dozen cases to juries.
