William Boggs is an accomplished trial attorney with over 40 years of litigation experience. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex disputes involving claims concerning intellectual property, contract, unfair competition, professional liability, product liability and mass tort. His broad-based jury trial experience includes both state and federal courts.

William has appeared as lead counsel for a wide variety of clients in product liability and complex business and commercial litigation. He has defended numerous class actions and other mass tort and coordinated proceedings in both state and federal courts, particularly in the consumer fraud context. His clients have ranged from major financial institutions and technology companies to a variety of manufacturers of consumer products.

Over the years, William served in various firm management positions. At the former Gray Cary firm, he served in various management positions for several years, including: chair of the Litigation department and the Intellectual Property and Technology groups and as a member of the firm's Executive Board.
