Bill Haft,

a partner in the New York office, is chair of the Banking and Finance group. Mr. Haft focuses his practice on financial and corporate transactional matters including credit and capital market transactions; bank, structured and asset finance; securities regulation and commercial law; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; and international business transactions and restructurings.

Mr. Haft represents a variety of financial institutions and corporations, particularly in corporate and bank finance, credit and capital markets and cross-border transactions. He has extensive experience with international businesses and financial institutions in a variety of industry and market sectors, and is often involved with multi-jurisdictional client matters.
