William S. Ledbetter

Will Ledbetter is an associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate Finance Practice Group. Mr. Ledbetter has experience in public company reporting, compliance and governance matters. Mr. Ledbetter also is experienced in working with management teams in drafting and reviewing SEC annual, quarterly and current reports as well as press releases, annual meeting proxy statements and governance materials. Mr. Ledbetter also has experience in public and private equity and debt financing transactions and corporate reorganizations. Mr. Ledbetter graduated from Rice University in 2004 and received his law degree from Harvard University in 2007.
