William Stroever is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology Practice. William has extensive experience in trademark and brand development and protection, and also has wide-ranging experience in copyright, patent, trade secret and domain name issues. William counsels his clients in the identification, maintenance, protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights. This includes developing local and worldwide intellectual property protection, licensing and enforcement programs, and making sure those programs are tailored to clients’ needs and goals.
William has significant experience advocating clients’ positions in litigation in state courts, federal district courts, United States Courts of Appeals, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and other administrative bodies. He is also very active in the firm’s pro bono efforts and has earned favorable outcomes for a variety of clients in need.
