Wyatt represents clients in a broad range of corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and related matters. He regularly represents private equity funds and public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financings, divestitures and general corporate matters. He frequently represents venture capital investors and early stage companies in connection with business formation and financings, including seed and growth financing rounds. Wyatt also represents a variety of investors and asset managers, including joint venture participants, with respect to financing and development of real estate.
