Xiang Li is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and antitrust matters.
Ms. Li received her J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. During law school, she served as the executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and a teaching assistant at the Harvard Negotiation Institute. Ms. Li attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her B.S. cum laude in Economics from The Wharton School and her B.A. cum laude in International Studies from The College of Arts and Sciences.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Li worked as a product manager at Microsoft. She is the co-founder of a web-based nonprofit that fundraises for education grants in developing countries.
