Yashana McAuley-Parrish focuses her practice in the area of defense of construction accident claims under the New York Labor Law. She handles cases from inception to trial and has helped achieve successful outcomes for clients through settlement negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and dispositive motion. Her clients include construction companies and general contractors and construction managers. She also represents municipalities and construction entities through wrap-up policies designed to reduce costs and avoid problems on major construction projects, including the owner, general contractor, sub-contractors and all other parties involved in the project.

Yashana also has experience handling cases arising out of motor vehicle accidents, along with cases involving premises liability, property damage and products liability.
