Yeny C. Estrada is an associate in Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Litigation Department and is located in the Chicago office.

With experience in a wide range of litigation matters, Ms. Estrada has represented and counseled businesses in complex litigation, commercial transactions, creditors’ rights and corporate governance matters. She has advised large and small companies in litigation matters involving breach of contract, consumer protection, fraud, business torts, securities, intellectual property, products liability, and enforcement of judgment proceedings. Ms. Estrada has also represented banks and companies in real estate litigation, and represented various creditors in bankruptcy litigation.

Ms. Estrada is a member of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law and serves as the co-chair of its In-House Committee.

In 2009, Ms. Estrada earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. She earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2006.
