Ying Lin

Ying handles a wide range of international trade matters, including issues involving economic sanctions, export controls, and customs laws. She represents clients before the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC), and the U.S. Court of International Trade on antidumping and countervailing duty cases. Ying has extensive experience managing a trade remedies case from the beginning stages all the way to the appeal stages. She also assists clients with applications for export licenses, license amendments and transfers, and re-export authorization requests.
