Yossie Horwitz is counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Investment Management transactions practice.

Yossie has a diverse transactional and corporate counseling practice focusing on acquisitions, reorganizations and minority investments in asset management firms and the representation of private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and public and private companies in connection with their acquisitions, divestitures, financings, investments, joint ventures and restructurings. Additionally, he advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters, including securities laws, management arrangements, corporate governance issues, and other strategic considerations.

Yossie is a founding board member of the American Friends of Leket Israel, Israel's National Food Bank and largest food rescue organization. Yossie was a member of the Bar-Ilan Law Review.
