Joyce Qi is an associate in Holland & Knight's San Francisco office and a member of the Structured Finance and Securitization Team. Ms. Qi focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border asset-based financing, leasing, and purchase and sale transactions, with an emphasis on commercial aircraft transactions.

While in law school, Ms. Qi participated in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Summer Honors Law Program in Washington, D.C., where she interned in the SEC's Division of Trading and Markets. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a consultant providing economic and financial analysis for complex commercial litigation matters.
