Yuta Delarck is an associate in the Corporate & Securities Practice of the firm's New York office. Yuta advises both public and private companies in securities matters, corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate and business law matters. She routinely advises public companies regarding public reporting requirements and corporate governance compliance.

She has experience representing financial institutions, independent government agencies and other companies in public and private debt and equity securities transactions and has handled initial public offerings, shelf registrations, private placements, debt tender offers, private equity investments and other regulatory and transactional matters as well as FDIC-related transactions.

In addition, Yuta has advised financial institutions on various federal and state bank regulatory matters including regulatory capital requirements, Regulations Y and W, permissible investments and activities, regulatory reporting and capital distributions, among others.
