Yvette is an experienced litigator at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts nationwide as well as arbitration proceedings.

Yvette is known for her success in utilizing litigation to achieve clients' business goals. She is sought out by clients to handle complex litigation combining legal skills with business acumen and highly effective implementation of litigation strategy. Her practice currently focuses on energy matters ranging from oil and gas royalty issues to corporate transactions and various class actions in federal and state courts.

Yvette has the ability to identify core issues and achieve expeditious resolution.

Her practice is supported by a firmwide team providing supplemental and complementary experience as an effective integrated team to efficiently achieve results in complex matters.

Yvette is a lecturer at New York State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education, New Jersey Association of Corporate Counsel and Cornell Law School, as well as various in-house law departments. Yvette was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell Law School from 2002-2004.

Yvette is a former member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Board of Partners.
