Yvonne W. Chan

Yvonne Chan is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. She joined Goodwin Procter in 2007.

Ms. Chan has represented a wide variety of clients, including public corporations, private equity firms and educational institutions. She has experience in a range of complex litigation matters, including post-closing disputes, violations of Massachusetts General Laws chapter 93A, SEC and FINRA investigations, personal injury and premises liability matters, and copyright and licensing disputes.
