Zachary C. Kleinsasser

concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract litigation, patent and trademark litigation, franchise disputes, class action defense, and general business and employment disputes. He has conducted internal corporate investigations for both publicly traded and privately held companies, represented clients in matters involving federal securities laws, and appeared on behalf of clients in tax abatement proceedings. Zack has tried cases in state and federal courts and represented clients in arbitration hearings before the American Arbitration Association.
