Zachary Bland represents private, middle market companies in transactions such as asset and equity purchase and sales, financing, restructurings, minority investments, and leveraged buyouts. Zack has managed all aspects of transactions from due diligence, structuring, and documentation through closing. Zack also negotiates and drafts a wide range of primary transactional documents, including redemption, purchase and sale, noncompete, nondisclosure, stockholder, and LLC operating agreements.
Zack advises entrepreneurs, startups, investors, and boards of directors on a wide range of corporate matters, including entity selection and formation, joint ventures, governance, financing, fiduciary duties, and contracts.
During a semester of law school, Zack served as a law clerk for the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary. Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Zack worked as a transactional associate in the corporate law department of a New Hampshire law firm.
