Zackary Pullin is a tax partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Zack has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of tax matters, including complex partnership transactions, debt and equity offerings, restructurings, investment fund formations, initial public offerings, and in tax litigation. Zack also has extensive experience representing clients in the energy industry on a multitude of oil, gas and mineral engagements, including joint development arrangements, depletion issues, taxable sale or lease transactions and volumetric production payment transactions. Zack has represented various prominent companies, partnerships, publicly traded partnerships (PTPs) and private equity funds.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Zack was an associate at Baker Botts LLP.
