ZEKE JOHNSON advises alternative asset managers with respect to hedge funds, funds of hedge funds, commodity pools, investment fund/manager platforms, managed accounts and other investment structures. He also advises manager clients on credit facilities and financing/leverage-related derivative instruments, special opportunity funds, committed capital fund structures and manager restructurings. Zeke also advises non-U.S. alternative asset managers on offerings in the U.S. and U.S. compliance matters. His advice often focuses on structuring, regulatory and compliance issues for alternative investment products, including Investment Advisers Act and Commodity Exchange Act compliance issues.
