My father had a credit card. He has
passedaway 3 months ago. And there
were some balance to pay in his credit
card. Now the credit card company has
forced us to pay that balance. Are
there any legal way to collect that
outstanding amount from us. Because
the agreement was with my Father and
the credit card company. No agreement
with us. Should we pay the outstanding
amount? Please clarify.
