If you are requesting a credit report because you have been denied services or credit within the last thirty days due to an unfavorable credit report, you are entitled to receive a copy of the report at no charge. If you have not been denied credit within the last thirty days there may be a fee required. You can obtain fee information by calling a local credit bureau. The telephone number and address for such an agency can be found in the telephone book Yellow Pages under "credit" or "credit ratings".
