In this document, the Legal Services Fee Agreement is a contract between a law firm ("Attorney") and a corporation ("Client") for the legal representation before governmental agencies relating to the licensing and operations of the Client's energy production and distribution businesses.
As shown, the Legal Services Fee Agreement not only provides for the identity of the
Attorney and Client, but also a description of the services to be rendered and excluded, the Attorney's flat fee, in addition to optional provisions, such as an arbitration fee and malpractice provisions.
