Representation Outside Texas and New York
If you were injured in a state where Mr. Willis is not licensed, your legal representation will be handled through a written co-counsel agreement between our firm and one or more attorneys who are fully licensed in that state. This approach ensures that your case is handled in accordance with state-specific bar rules and ethical regulations governing legal representation.
Co-Counsel Structure, Responsibility and Fee Sharing
Under this arrangement, our firm will partner with a local, licensed attorney to pursue your claim. No additional attorney’s fees will be charged for having more than one firm. All firms associated will share in the fees as set forth in the contingency fee agreement. All firms will joint responsibility for representing and advocating on your behalf.
